Great customer service from “Jazz”
I dealt with “Jazz” who assisted me in obtaining a refund for the Bourbon and Beyond festival. It was a very stressful time for us as my wife had a heart attack which is why we were looking to sell our tickets. “Jazz” was extremely helpful, patient, and gave us great customer service. I just wanted to acknowledge her customer service and say thank you for her support.
