Poor customer service
I have contacted the company asking for a return label, as the leggings I purchased were too large. According to their web page, this shouldn’t be an issue as I have contacted them in a timely manner. I simply cannot get any response other than an email asking me to rate “the support I received”??? I responded again asking for the return label and have emailed them in a third time, with zero response. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to their poor customer service. I would like to update this by saying I received a very prompt, nice response from BaleF and the matter has been resolved. Based on this interaction I would change my customer service rating to 5 ⭐️
