Great support from OneSim
I talked with Gino about the problems I was having with my DataMax Sim. He was wonderful. He walked me through what I needed to do with my new phone and my OneSim account, step by step to ensure it was working properly. He even helped test it out while we were talking. He was incredibly patient as well as very, very personable. I can't say enough about how great he was and how much I appreciate his help. I would never hesitate to call customer/tech support in the future with any problem/issue that arises with OneSim. Thanks so much Gino and OneSim.
