Overall Experience
The overall experience is okay. Designing the products is easy. The fulfillment time and the time it takes to actually receive the merchandise is too long, in my opinion. The quality of the polo shirts shipped from the American factory is above average. However, I wish there were more colors to choose from, especially for the spring and summer months. Black is too hot for these seasons. Lastly, shipping is too expensive for bulk orders coming from China. The bulk price is affordable but they make their dollars up in the shipping and handling, which takes the price back to the initial charge almost.
