I’ve used BRFV a couple of times in the past two years for my visa applications and their services have been great. They have also responded promptly to their chat messages and provided help as needed. However, my last experience in August with the team has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. The team has been unreachable via chats and my reservation that should be valid for 14 days has already been cancelled. When I finally contacted them via email, they requested I put in a review before they can update my reservation.
