Bad experience lately
Was an avid supporter for about a year till lately my experience buying from Nihao is getting worst. Lately they have become extremely stingy with refunds till I have to absorb the cost of the manufacturing defects. They claimed my dispute is minor issues but I'm unable to resell the items due to clear visible damage on the items. Then again they mentioned 'minor issues' which they have admitted on the defects but refuse to refund back to me. Appealed for my case but they have the audacity to ignore me hanging there. I was really upset as I couldn't even get half of my refunds back. I felt like I'm being cheated as for a small business owner like me it's very hard for us to get profits if we always encounter wholesaler like this!
Useful platform but not that friendly to small business owner
Decent place to get wholesale jewellery but the price on certain products are not as cheap compare to another platform. Quality wise is ok only sometimes must be really careful with misleading info on website. Example like picture and description mentioned Titanium Steel but in reality the materials looked like aluminium. This makes them harder to resell and ended up wasting money! Overall about 80% of my orders are satisfied
