great customer service
I bought an RDX lever buckle belt and used it for about a month. The leather design is beautiful, and the back support felt amazing, much better than my old nylon one. Unfortunately, the lever buckle part ended up breaking after about a month. After contacting the company and asking for a replacement, they quickly emailed me back, and offered to send me the part right away. My replacement lever buckle arrived in less than a week. I will definitely be choosing RDX Sports again in the future! These guys have GREAT customer service.
