Disappointed and Dissatisfied
Prior to my second purchase I asked what shipping agency was used for advance shipping and I was told DHL and only processing time was different. However the purchase was shipped USPS and that was advised incorrectly and if wanted DHL I would have paid additional to do so. I sent them the original email stating this and still would not change the shipping. I’m very upset and will not purchase from you again. Update 9/16/24 My package was shipped on 8/26/24 as of today I still have not received my and l’ve email them twice with no response I will now be disputing it with my credit card company and I will not be ordering from this company again . I was offered a $10.00 coupon on my next order but again I won’t be ordering from them again.
