Nihao review
I’ve been ordering from Nihao for more than 5 years. They have an amazing variety of products. Their products are good and they have Very prompt customer service. However most times there’s a delay in shipping orders, which can impact your business. They claim that the tracking details get updated in 48 hours once the order is marked shipped but it’s more like 4 days and you have to constantly follow up with them. I have had several delays with my orders recently despite being a regular customer for over 5 years.
