DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Two of the items I ordered arrived damaged, and the quality of the remaining products was far below expectations. I contacted customer service to request a refund and arrange a return, but I never received any response. If you receive damaged items or need to return products due to poor quality, don't expect any help. Very disappointing experience. My order number: #NNL7746 UPDATE: I was then informed that returning the non-defective items would require a 20% service fee. When I asked where this fee was stated in their return policy, I did not receive a clear explanation. I was also told that non-defective items are only eligible for exchange, not refund. This appears to contradict the return policy published on their website. As of now, the matter remains unresolved.
