After I purchased my Scienlodic red light therapy slippers I sent an email with questions I had about the different phases of therapy for particular issue. I received An email back in a timely manner that answered all my questions. And yet again, I sent a second email about a malfunction in one of the slippers. I immediately received an email from Scienlodic Stating they will be happy to send a replacement.
