Refund is fraud
9/14/25 Ordered on 8/28/25 and did not receive until 9/13/25. The following day, I immediately requested a refund and this is their response... Instead of honoring their product, they are only willing to refund me ten percent of cost. It's not about the money, it's about the ethics. 9/17/25 As suspected, they don't really warranty their product. They want you ship it to Vietnam which is absurd, or they will refund you 30%. What a joke!
