Visa within 24h
I got my Visa within 24h which was really great. Service was good, I got a call when I didn't react on the first mail and then E-Mails when I uploaded wrong pictures. I even actually got real answers on E-Mail requests I send them. Which was really good since it was Saturday. Two places for improvement: The online chat which is offered on the Homepage and the Emails was answered 4 hours after submitting the questions. And the 24/7 support didn't work. Nobody answered the Phone during repeated try for 5 hours
