I want to ask for a refund of the service. The e-visa provided to me is the visa on arrival type which cannot be applied to my passport. I told the hotline I have the same visa type already being rejected by airline check-in counter. She asked me to reply the email with the copy of visa I applied on my own. Few minutes later I called back again it is shifted to a different person who has no idea what is going on. She said they will call me back in 15 minutes. I tried to call 30min later and they just hanged up my call. The agency never check the compatibility of the passport and the visa type. What is the point of charging so high?
