Nonexistent customer service and poor quality product
Book was poorly constructed and fell apart on first read through. I contacted customer service via their online form and never received a response. I tried a second time after some additional pages fell out of the book and still did not hear back from their customer service department. Customers, do not purchase books published by this company. Authors seek other publishers for your books. Your readers will be better served elsewhere.
