We will never use Instacart again
We will never use Instacart again. Why do they have a monopoly on every store we checked? Why isnt there other delivery companies that deliver. We had to throw away our lettuce, it was rotten and the ice cream melted all over our groceries. They charged us a tip when we said no tip because we wanted to pay cash to our delivery person, they added anyways and we didnt know and gave another tip but the real stinger is that our credit card was credited 3 times for the same amount.It was pending and its a good thing we checked or all 3 amounts would have gone through. We got a new credit card instead and the bank knows about it and will be taken off. I wouldnt even give them a 1 star if I didnt have to..they have so many extra charges we didnt know about and had to pay $40 more for extra charges,, also, when you try to get an answer you are either told to go somewhere else or cant find an answer. so beware and check your bank acct after
