It is my first time using eSim on my Android phone. The Seller is very patient , knowledgeable & exercise professionalism in educating and teaching the customer. Not only that, their response time is reasonably fast & efficient. Considering that I have yet to using my eSim which I will be travelling shortly from Sept 16-Oct 20 to Europe, I look forward to their continual support just in the event if I run into any connectivity issues.😁😁😁
