My experience today was totally crap. It’s a waste of time trying to use your app OR log in via your website to apply. Tried 3 time on app and it hung at payment stage. Had to re-input all the info 3 times on the app. Login on your internet website is also crap. Tried twice and could NOT complete transaction. Finally had to try using manual before it worked. Totally crap experience. Not sure if I’m ever coming back. Started at 11pm and only completed past midnight
