I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a refund. I will remove this review if I ever see the money again. Next week I plan to do a charge back. If it requires a charge back to get reimbursed then I will leave the negative review up forever and leave negative reviews up for whatever company they rebrand themselves. Next step is bad reviews on the bot club where they get a lot of business from I asked for a refund within the allotted 60 days and was told I would get it but it’s looking unlikely now
