I am very upset...
First of all...the pluggins suck. I've never been able to successful use them and they look right. NUMBER TWO: The CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS 100% TRASH. I don't believe anyone works there. They have been charging my account. I can't reset my password to STOP them and they won't answer ANY of the 6 tickets I've submitted. Then when I emailed them, I got a reply automatically that set submit a ticket. I'm so mad at these people right now. DO NOT BUY! UPDATE 9/16/24: I finally heard from customer support. They issued me a refund and a sincere apology for the gap in communication. Therefore, I am upgrading my experience to a 3/5.
