Yesterday evening I went into KFC Gloucester Road London SW7. Time approximately 21:05. I had left my cards at home and wanted to purchase a meal with cash. There is a sign to use the tablet to order, but the tablet only accepts credit cards. I went to the counter and spoke to a member of staff. I explained that I only had cash. He was most rude and aggressive. He said; can’t you read the sign?. As a born Englishman, I find that offensive, bearing in mind he had a strong accent and looked like he had just stepped of a dinghy. I will never use KFC again. In fact I walked out and went into Burger King next door. I was served pleasantly and had a very nice meal. Take note of your staff training.
