Support service is a scam
Support service is a scam. After 5 monts the extruder stopped working. Official support service told me to disasemble the extruder, several cables and parts to find out the issue and I done all following their instructions with no success. Then they denied any waranty cover and send me a link to buy some parts in Aliexpress (it's not a joke), besides it doesn't belong to an official store of Artillery (still not a joke). So I've ended with a 3D printer partially disassembled and not working.
