Worse product and even worse customer…
Worse product and even worse customer service. I bought the honor tablet, keyboard and pen for my son's birthday present. And at the beginning, my son loved it, but the pen stop connecting to tablet after 2 weeks. Since I bought it online as guest account, so have to contact to the customer service via email, phone and online chat, just can't get response. listen to music for half an hour in the phone, on response from online chat for hours with 12 person in front of my queue, no email response from the Honor worse ever customer experience! the product was great until has problem, won't buy it again.
