Misleading Nicotine Levels, Wrong Models, and Unacceptable Delays
The product I received had ‘Nicotine: 0%, 2%, 3%, 5%’ written on the packaging, but there was no clear indication of the exact nicotine level. Usually, there’s a small dot next to the specific concentration, but I noticed that these products had nothing marked—perhaps the seller missed it. I purchased the 5% nicotine version, but after several days of testing, it feels like there’s no nicotine at all (so weak it seems close to zero). To make things worse, a few boxes contained the wrong models. I’m starting to wonder if this shop is selling counterfeit products because I’ve bought Bang disposable e-cigs before, and they were nothing like this. Also, I’m based in the UK, and they promised delivery within 15 days, but I waited over 30 days. If you can’t meet your delivery times, don’t make such promises!
