Very bad experience so far
I have been trying to get in touch with Eternate to arrange an exchange. I raised a ticket a week ago and still have had no response. I followed up again yesterday and still nothing. I have tried to call and it just puts you through to an automated answerphone. Live chat just tells you to open a ticket. Not good enough.
