Their technology is seriously terrible
Their technology is seriously terrible, in addition to being reliant on Google and Apple, which not all my devices support. Even with the Play store app, I was ultimately unable to use the eSIM that I paid for, and customer support was just a giant waste of time and effort. This service is such a giant pain in the backside that I honestly wouldn't recommend trying to use it, unless you're getting paid for all the time you're going to waste trying to get it to work. EDIT: It's so insincere that they respond immediately to reviews to make it look like they "care", when I had to send 3 emails and have 2 long chats with their customer care, all to no avail.
