- Course is not as advertised - Not updated for the new CBT format - all the lectures reference the old 16 hour exam and the practice exam is also the old 16 hour exam - Delayed access after purchase - Lecture slides are riddled with mistakes that the lecturer is constantly fixing - Video closed captions are incorrect - Customer support is slow to respond
