Starting to feel like a scam
This business runs tests without consent so they can bill more from insurance. They are pushy about having you run extra tests you don't need. They are also pushy about getting you on their compounded meds so you have to buy directly through them. The whole point of functional medicine is to be on LESS prescriptions, not more. I really benefitted from Nava in the beginning, but it has started to feel like a scam, so I cancelled my membership.
