Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever, if you are not chinese. I made a mistake in my passport number during the booking process and realized once i had the confirmation. Impossible to reach their customers services, by any means. Social media, email, wechat,anything. I found a whatsapp number from their branch in Amsterdam (I am in Indonesia....) and got the worst treatment from the person in charge....ending by "if you dont agree with this, call this number....". Of course no one answer. I prefered to cancel my flight and lose a bit of money than flying with them.
