I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent order and to request an immediate resolution. When I placed my order, I submitted a personal photograph with the clear expectation — based on your product description and marketing — that I would receive a three-dimensional statue rendered from that image. What I received was an acrylic, cartoon-style piece that bears no meaningful resemblance to what was advertised or what I reasonably expected based on the materials provided at the time of purchase. This is not what I ordered. The product delivered does not reflect the image I submitted, the style I was shown, or the standard I was led to believe I would receive. I consider this a significant misrepresentation of the product. Additionally, the waiting period for this order was unreasonably long and well beyond what was communicated to me at the time of purchase. The combination of an excessive wait time and a product that does not match the original description is simply unacceptable.
