Hello, i made an online purchase a week a go and i have received it yet. They suppose to deliver it between 2-3 days buy not yet. Not even reply my emails when i contacted the customer service. I'm not sure how can i refund but I'm not interested anymore. Please don't be scammed like me. Thanks
