20 Euro no Deposit Bonus Issue
Really wanted to highlight this type of issue as i don’t just do a bad or good review based on players luck upon joining . There allot of fine print that on T&Cs that new players dont read and understand that ends up making them feel scammed. Mainly when it comes to wagering & withdrawals. Whats important here is to have a really good customer help option where they just dont tell you to go look at the t’s & c’s upon encountering an issue. This is why you are seeking help due to encountering a dead end right n your required further assistance. Maybe others can relate? My ISSUE : 20 euro no deposit bonus upon sign up. ( advertising without clear T’s &C’s upon searching the site) A sneaky tactic to entice new players to think a good decent bonus will be awarded hence making you sign up. A condition were this would only apply to new accounts and IP addresses who register and required to send an email to claim the bonus within 12 hours. Spassino’s response: -Not eligible -Read the T’s & C’s -Apparently my IP’s been used already or registered even if i just recently joined. This certainly is one of those casinos who dont make any clear comms or dont have to if they dont want to or l cant afford to make any generous effort to give you anything for this kind of miscommunication . Also you will notice that their responsible gambling option doesnt offer help or options to set limits or ways to promote people who mite require this. It is very important to also be aware of the casinos location which helps players know about their reputation and honesty towards payouts and concerns. Trustpilot is one of NZ’s trusted review sites and platforms to help address these kind of issues. Clearly in my opinion .. this casino does not deserve its high rating especially if they require such a high minimum deposit of 15 euros and cannot afford to gift new customers with any compensations. Guys, remember our reviews help us enjoy and create a fair and friendly community of online gaming and identify random scams out their who have more interest on what we deposit. Giving you the best possible reviews always. Always be aware guys☺️
