I emailed the Traveloka team to ask if the ticket type I was buying was the correct ticket type and it was confirmed in writing the ticket was correct (buying express passes for universal). When the ticket arrived it was incorrect so I emailed the team and they acknowledged they made a mistake. It’s now been 2 and a half weeks with several emails a day and they still won’t refund my money. I don’t have the money to buy the correct tickets until they refund me and I travel in a few days. Absolutely terrible - do not use
