Would consider purchasing again
1st time ordering with this company. The table and bench set arrived quickly, but had manufacturing and transit damage. The customer service team was polite and responsive, and after exchanging several messages sent a replacement item. It had no manufacturing damage, but again had some that seemed to happen during shipping. The item needs more padding to avoid such damage. Overall, I would consider purchasing from this company again if an item had positive reviews. The item required no assembly and looked like the website listing. The price was affordable, especially with a sale and promo code. The shipping was quick. Customer service was responsive to my concerns about my experience and figured out a solution.
