Top notch customer service! I received a small tag in the mail and was sure I had ordered the larger one. I contacted the company and sure enough I had mistakenly ordered the small one …. They graciously sent me a replacement large tag free of charge. This is a good company that cares about their customers. The tags themselves are excellent quality.
