Intentionally avoid paid out by giving wrong of profit consistently rules
Finally Quantec reply my command And there is ridiculous answer Here is their reply: Dear Chi Shan Law, Thank you for sharing your concerns. In accordance with our policies, the first withdrawal is capped at 2.5% of your account balance, which in your case amounts to a maximum of $2,500. The 35% daily profit limit is calculated based on this amount, meaning the highest profit you can generate in a single day is $875. On July 31st, your earnings totaled $1,826.75, and on August 1st, $2,370.75. These amounts were adjusted from your total withdrawal request, as we only consider positive trades for the day when applying the daily profit rule.Of the remaining profit, 60% of the eligible gains were paid out to you. We hope this explanation clarifies the details regarding the withdrawal rules. We would also kindly ask you to reconsider your review on Trustpilot, potentially updating it to 3 or 4 stars. We deeply value your trust and look forward to continued collaboration and growth. You may also check our FAQ under Profit Split where the cap is stated. ———————————————————— Here is copy from website about the rules: To provide a clear example of how the 35% Day Profit Consistency Rule would work in the context of a $100,000 trading account, let's simulate a scenario where your account achieves different levels of profit over a 30-day trading period, and see how this rule applies upon a payout withdrawal request. Example Scenario: Imagine you have a $100,000 trading account, and over a 30-day trading period, you achieve varying daily profits, leading to a total accumulated profit of $15,000 by the end of the period. Daily Profits Example (simplified for clarity): Day 1: $500 Day 2: $1,000 Day 3: $3,000 (Note this day as it's a significant profit day) Day 4: $600 Day 5: $400 ... (and so on, with varying amounts leading to a total of $15,000) Step 1: Calculate the Maximum Allowed Profit Per Day According to the rule, no single day's profit can exceed 35% of the total profit. Thus, we first calculate 35% of the total profit: Maximum Allowed Single Day Profit=35%×$15,000=$5,250Maximum Allowed Single Day Profit=35%×$15,000=$5,250 Step 2: Evaluate Daily Profits Against the Rule From the given example, let's focus on Day 3 where you made $3,000: Although $3,000 is a large single-day gain, it is less than the maximum allowed single-day profit of $5,250. No Violation Detected: In this case, Day 3, despite being a high profit day, does not violate the 35% rule since $3,000 is less than $5,250. Step 3: What If a Violation Occurred? Suppose instead that on Day 3, you had earned $6,000: This amount exceeds the maximum allowed of $5,250. According to the rule, this day would be considered a soft breach upon submission of a payout withdrawal request. Handling a Soft Breach: The profit exceeding the 35% threshold will be removed from your total profit calculation for the payout. The account would remain active, and you would retain access, but the payout amount might be adjusted to comply with the consistency rule. Conclusion: This rule is designed to encourage traders to aim for consistent profits rather than relying on a few days of very high gains, which could reflect higher risk trading strategies. By applying such a rule, the trading firm also manages its risk and ensures more stable performance across its managed accounts. ————————————————————— If base on Quantec explanation example is wrong ,because if first month is 2.5% profit cap ,the profit should count from 2500 not 15000 in your example ,day 2 and day 3 are breach Even if later month,if using your explanation, profit cap is 5% only, also count by5000 not 15000 , then day 3 also branch in your example. So the rule of your website have not said the daily profit limited is count by profit cap,you already lead people misunderstand and cheat because in the example it is impossible count by 15000 because there is a profit cap of 2.5% or 5% of the balance .so just make some excuses to not paying me. And most funny thing is the reason they deduct my profit is because they said my daily profit limited is 384.3875, but now they respond that my daily profit limited is 875,so which one is correct.if 875 is correct , so i should have1531.95 remain and 60% of it is 919.7 But I only get 329. And they said my 31/7 and 1/8 daily profit is $1,826.75 and 2,370.75.which is wrong Here is my daily result that I already cap screen and record 30/7 561 31/7 1591.7 1/8 1635.7 2/8 427.95 5/8 390 6/8 -57 7/8 40 8/8 -65 9/8 83 12/8 152 You see even they lie all I will not remove the command of Trustpilot unless you give my money back. Every can see my review and they will have good judgement what you guys did. I am just follow what the rules said in website. So Quantec my payout is just little so don’t make excuses to not pay me the payout Be fair
