Good service but bad customer service
They do provide a great monitoring service BUT here is why they get a one star from me - they took my money, but can't provide a service and refuse to provide a refund. 1) We renewed another annual contract, but I noted to the sales person that we're going to move out of state 2) They processed our annual renewal 3) We moved to another state. I called them to move the service and was told that they don't provide the service there. I asked them to cancel our account and provide the refund for the unused service. They refuse.
