Almost 30 days and no winnings after redemption!
I just wanna know why I redeemed my winnings on the 23rd OF JULY and have yet to get any kind of an approval or processed redemption. The first week I figured okay maybe it’s just a busy week. But no it has been almost a month and I haven’t received ANYTHING! I’m pissed off and upset and every time I contact your so called “ team “ I keep hearing the same thing, “ oh don’t worry everything is in order and looks to be going the way it’s supposed too “. Yeah, no! I want my winnings and that’s that. There shouldn’t be any delays or anything once you guys read this, this is a disgrace of an experience. And let me also point out that’s it’s only 200SC. Not 500SC or 1k SC, only 200SC?! very irresponsible and and careless from the whole platform. I will NEVER play on your platform and definitely never recommend you guys to anyone until this gets resolved.
