Terrible company
Terrible company - no after sales service. The only option to contact them is via an email address - they have replied initially but once I have explained that I would like to return my item and request a refund they tried offering me a £2.30 discount . I explained this isn't satisfactory and I would like to return . They come back with it could be costly for me with international shipping cost. I wasn't even aware it was coming from China as the website states 2-3 days for delivery. If I was aware it was from China I would of purchased from temu etc. They have since gone radio silence on me. I have since discovered they have their own live chat built into their website . I have explained my issue for the second time and they say they will look into it and contact me . I have heard nothing in over 4 days. I have had a terrible customer experience and I would not recommend anyone to use them. The only reason I found them is when I searched on Google for a case for my phone and these came up first.
