Hi M1, I have been using your telco services since its inception, and I feel that the network coverage has been going from bad to worse in recent years. I can't even have a decent 1min call today as it kept dropping (I was in a restaurant at VivoCity btw). Also, the reception keeps going on and off when I'm travelling in the MRT, even when I'm not underground. This kind of service is really atrocious, even as one of the main telco players in SG. I know my feedback probably won't change anything but still, just wanted to warn the public of your waning standards.
