Mixed feelings, but happy endind
I would like to share my story with Moonmagic because it’s a valuable experiance that should be considered by anyone who’s gonna make a purchase. 11/09/2024 I have ordered earrings for 300€ and did not notice that delivery time was 8-16 working days. A few days later 18/09/2024 I started panicking due to lack of any updates from MM, order’s status was not changing. So I contacted them by email and discovered that they produce jewellery in India -> transport to US warehouse -> send worldwide. Anyway, due to my mistake of not noticing the 8-16 w.d. delivery terms I have missed my girlfriend’s birthday. 19/09/2024 I requested a return/refund and MM said that their policy doesn’t allow to stop the already started shipping. However, head of the customer service - Seda contacted me and did trully everything to match my expectations. 27/09/2024 I have received my 300€ back. It took some time, but hands down Seda saved my situation and managed to stop shipping and proceeded with refund. Summarizing, I have seen hundreds of „MM are scammers” posts on the internet, but there is really nothing I can comply about from my experiance with them. Maybe, their internal procedure methods makes them look suspicious by rarely providing customers with an updates, but raw fact is that I have received a refund and that’s the most important.
