Great customer service
I bought an RT100 about a month ago. Unfortunately a circuit break in the PCB occurred at the full stop key, causing that half of R1 to fail. After sending in a few videos proving that the switches weren't the problem, Epomaker agreed to send me a replacement base kit. I'm not sure if they intended this but the replacement kit came with all accessories including the mini-TV. After transferring the switches and keys over, I can confirm that the replacement kit works. The only problem is that the space bar now sounds extremely rattly on the left side. The problem persisted despite spamming the new left stabiliser with lube; I hope it will even out with use. Overall I'm very satisfied with Epomaker's level of service. It's never too late for a company to change and I'm impressed that Epomaker has really changed for the better. In my opinion Epomaker's customer service doesn't deserve its bad rep anymore, although their QC can be improved.
