Fast and efficient resolution of problem
My husband bought a travel insurance policy from FWD . In the middle of the vacation , he decided to stay another week and tried to extend the insurance policy . We called FWD hotline and was helped by Mohan- professional , helpful and efficient . He explained the procedure and followed up with an email and phone call . With his help , we were to complete the entire extension including payment within 1 hour or so … I was so grateful and impressed by his service and responsible attitude . Kudos to Mohan and to FWD .
