Originally the electrical connection was faulty and the company sent both a new pad and electrical components. My husband was dealing with Bonnie on that issue, and once it was resolved I had several questions. I found the instrucrions very vague, and Bonnie answered promptly and with clarity I’ve only been using the pad for about two weeks consistantly and will be happy to comment in the coming weeks after recognizing improvements.
