Snapped after a few wears!
I have increased my rating to 3 stars as they have now rectified the issue. Edit: In response to your reply, you have NOT offered your best resolution. You have not accepted any responsibility for this clearly FAULTY item, and have refused to replace it or refund it. You have offered 20% off another ring. Why would I spend more money on company that do not care about quality,or their customers. Absolutely disgusting. The ring I purchased for my daughters18th lost all its colour and snapped after a handful of wears. They refused to replace it. Awful quality and dreadful customer services.
