Excellent customer service
Due to technical issues, we were not able to purchase the travel insurance on the last day of the 40% promotion. Li Ling and Dawn have helped me to appeal to their marketing team so that we are able to enjoy the discounts. They have been following up and updating us of the progress. Excellent customer service.
