Purchased a puzzle with an image print
Purchased a puzzle with an image print, and selected 16 x 12. In the details prior to purchasing 41 x 30 cm was written as dimensions on their page. We received the puzzle and it is 41.6 cm so it doesn’t fit any frame, Asked for a refund or a new puzzle, but Photobook refused they made any mistake.
