I placed an order from this company and never received my order!
I placed an order from this company and i never received it in my account, but they insist that it was! I have chatted online with many support members about this order auto66ed104e94bb3 When I first placed the order on 9/20 around 1:15am I waited for 30 minutes but never received it in my account. So I went to look at the status of my order it said “Delivering” so I contacted customer support in their “chat support” They said please give it 1 hour.. but after 1 hour it still said “Delivering” So I contacted their support team again and they asked me to provide pictures of my account and also I sent a picture of my bank statement showing it was paid. The said they would send it into their “investigation Team” and they would let me know within 12 hours! But after 12 hours I still haven’t heard back from them! So I messaged the “Support team” again but now they are saying it was delivered to my account! But i still don’t have the order in my account! Now they want me to contact BIGO support!!
