I have had my Speediance for a year and half and use it at least four days a week. This machine has been a time saver for me because I do not have time to go to a gym with my busy schedule. This machine doesn’t take up a lot of space either and that was also important to me. Lifting heavy weights is a priority for me to gain and maintain muscle and this machine has helped do that.
