Bus/coach to Malaysia - Busonlineticket.com
I make an advanced paid booking on November 2025 for 3 bus tickets to kampar/ipoh. The travelling date is on 4th Dec 2024. The bus was cancelled merely few hours before the trip and the worst part is that BusOnline ticket.com did not even inform us. I was informed by a friend. Contacting them was another frustrating part as they do not have any contact number and their emails was not responsive. My trip was greatly affected and i urged those who need bus service to book directly from the bus operator and not thru this 3rd party platform.
